Important Dates and Conference Registration Fees
Please note that regardless of whether you are presenting your abstract or simply attending the conference, you must a) register and b) pay your fees before you can participate.
Early Bird Fees (fees are inclusive of 22% VAT): Early bird registrations open on December 16 and end on April 18 2025
- € 575 full conference registration
- € 300 for PhD students
Please note that the deadline for at least ONE author to register to the Conference is April 4 2025.
Regular Conference Fees (fees are inclusive of 22% VAT): for registrations made after April 18 2025
- € 675 full conference registration
- € 400 for PhD students

Please note: your payment confirmation may take up to ten working days.
Conference registration fees include
- Admission to all Conference sessions
- Official Attendance certificate
- Attendance at the Gala Dinner
- Coffee breaks and lunches according to the scheduled program

Any personal data entered in the registration form will be used solely for the organization of the Netnocon Conference.
Invitation Letters for VISA purposes
Do you need a visa to enter France? Please check the dedicated French Government website.
A customized invitation letter for visa purposes is available for delegates with confirmation that registration has been paid in full.
